GHB effects is for relaxation euphoria and heighten sex drive but side effects is blackout even death. You want effect on girl better and safer option is female viagra. Dun forget ghb is illegal.
Another one on the market now touted for woman sex drive is ‘dirty’ ice water. Effectively is unsterilized meth bong water. This is not only illegal but dangerous. Whatever touted effects is not worth the risk. Want to play always play safe.

Since you know, then it will be much better not to touch it.
It has been known to cause death and other permanent disabilities.
You can also look at it from the pharmaceutical companies' view.
Look at Viagra, the moment it was discovered it can rejuvenate guys, it was full speed ahead to refine and market it, and it made the companies mega big bucks.
If there was even a hint of an effective drug for ladies, the companies would be all over it.

My gf tried FM2, German sex drop, blue wiz. Effect is so so only.... FM2 even make her headache and sleepy.

What are the long-term effects of using GHB/GBL/1,4-BD?
Most people who use GHB, GBL or 1,4-BD will only use them from time to time and are unlikely to develop addiction or dependence to the drug. However, people who use these drugs often or for a long period of time may experience long-term issues.
Even if you only use GHB or GBL a few times a year, it’s important to be safe to avoid long-term issues. One of the bigger concerns with these drugs is that they can result in sexually risky behaviour. GHB and GBL are often used as party of chemsex or party n' play, or to heighten other sexual experiences. These drugs can cause poor judgement and result in an increased risk of transmitting sexually transmitted infections like HIV because of not using condoms.
A one-off bad experience or overdose on GHB or GBL can cause permanent damage to your brain and body. This includes affecting your memory, the way you learn and your mood.
Tripsit says that "1,4-BD also carries the potential for more health risks than GHB, such as liver damage and neurotoxicity."
When using regularly, GHB and GBL can change the way your brain works – you may be more forgetful and more impulsive. You can become addicted to GHB and GBL and experience unpleasant effects when you stop taking it. Overall, the long-term effects of GHB, GBL and 1,4-BD have not been well researched, so it can be hard to predict what might happen if you use this drug regularly for a long time.

Sounds like a dangerous drug?
Depends on how much you consume.

Depends on how much you consume.
"how much you consume" is relative to how much the body can metabolically process and absorb. which is affected by a lot of different factors.
1. liquid vs pills.
2. route of administration. under tongue? drink? as an eye drop? needle?
3. with alcohol?
4. does the person have an existing condition?
and so on and so forth.
in any case in Singapore, the penalty is very steep once you get caught. the payoff of getting seriously ill is very high as well.

This drug is way too dangerous. Like what many bros said, it will caused pernmanent damage if used incorrectly.
Lets be more human and treats others nicely.
My partner have tried spanish fly before. It is not really effective. Or lets just says it takes a period of time to show the effects. For her, I think she took at least 4-5 times before she feels the difference. And the effect is more of getting into the mood. Not like changing into a sex kitten. She didnt continue taking since she do not need spanish fly to get to mood.
I guess we do need to understand more before taking shits into our body.
