Health Centre got age limit?

wanted to bring my bro, 16 years old to health centre his O's over soon, let him enjoy a bit. but they impose age limit? as in those with hanky panky de. any help is appreciated

Massage is like drugs, can get addicted. If he gets addicted, he may spend all his pocket money on it. Worse still, he may want to stop studying to get a job to earn money for massage. :(

well, on the other hand, scared later he got addicted. shiok 1 time liao, then keep craving for it. but young age, how to get $$$. later go steal or do bad things to get $$$ to sustain such habits, then jialat.
