Algorithm: ICA entry ban reversal and visa free entry extension

[ICAlaw101]

Fellow Bros, I wanted to share good news of the algorithm to A) extend the visa free entry for China friends and B) to bring any nationality to Singapore after they were deported from Singapore via a Notice Refusal of Entry. Anyone successfully navigated these issues?
