Bro, these street walkers they operate offline and not on call booking de. They mainly gather around the corner shop at lor 18 after 11pm, some can stay quite long a month or two and some just few days or weeks. And pretty girls all depend on luck too. Those ladies at the coffeeshop.... some of them have day jobs and only go there after work. Day jobs at nail salons, massage shops, hairdresser shops, F&B outlets etc.
I ever had one who was shop assistant at handphone shop. Mostly they are at that coffeeshop to meet & tcss with friends but are open to earning some extra income if they feel comfortable with you. So dun be a jerk and approach too direct or aggressively. Be discreet and not embarass them as they are part-timers and not fulltime FLs.
