Go see a doctor first and if they okay you to use, there are many sellers here in the forums for cheaper alternatives.

I use for better performance and it feels very good to stay hard and pump your girl long. I use every other week. i've bought from local sellers and they are good but if you want cheaper, just go to pharmacy in JB and buy. long term effects, i dunno. probably have lah but use sparingly, or keep it to special occasions. enjoy!
