Ever since then, there are a lot of post claiming the house is close which is not. I am not sure if they are pure coincidence or it is like what lulumon said. In 2033 thread, some brothers had already verified the issues and helped Xiaomi to provide some explanation. Xiaomi is a very nice girl and had been providing excellent service to most people and perhaps it is only one or two rare case for such behaviour. As for the OKT, some brothers claimed that he is rude and if the stories are true, I also cannot accept it.

Waiting less than 30mins maybe acceptable. But if the OKT is rude when they are wrong in the first place is definitely not right. I feel that they shouldn’t have the thinking that customers are desperate and should accept such nonsense if the affected bro story is true. But anyway, there are many other houses around, if this house don’t work out, by all means go to another. But if the story is true, then maybe the OKT should change, if not it is the girls who are affected. And in this case, Xiaomi is affected somehow, which is unfair.

The WL formerly from one of the houses that is closed and now in one of the houses, claimed that she and her co-WLs were affected by the sourcing agent from their home country that flouted an SOP during the sourcing process. This issue affected a few houses as the agent services a few houses. Upon further assessment, the impact to the various WLs are different. Some were reallocated to different houses while some had to return home.

Again, this is unverified, only a discussion with a WL

This is true. And i found it so strange they found out some procedure flaw after already few months here, rather than immediately.

I believe this is the first time happened things like this occured.
