Dermasone cream should help ease eczema if that was your case and if antihistamine and moisturiser doesnt help at all then maybe it isnt dry skin or allergic reaction..

the scrotum skin thickens into soft flakes
falls off leaving pink raw patches.. new thin skin
try to supress the itch by using ice pack on the itch .. but sense that this
creates more raw, itchy feeling when ice is removed.

if it is not smelly and only confine to the scrotum area( not spreading to tights etc).. then yours could be a bad case of scrotal eczema

dermasone cream which contain steroid should help... what strength of the cream are you on? 0.025? you might need to use a higher concentration cream if 0.025 doesnt help... or change to another steroid cream if necessary.

yea..cold Therapy can relief the itching and inflammation..but it wont fix your problem.. go see a doctor to rule out jock itch(Fungal).. u probably need to start on a 0.1 strength steroid cream if it is scrotal eczema

yes... one has a higher risk of getting something nasty when a sore is present..

inflammation esp if you scratch can break the skin barrier thus resulting in small tears in the skin...it is wise to wait till it is fully healed

Are you a person who has eczema? if yes, it might also be trigger by fungal -> eczema. Try using fungal wash for a few days but each time apply moisturizer. It took me 20 years to solve this problem
