I never tried CIM from the girl (just to be clear haha) and would like to try.
I am vaccineted a year ago for HPV (Gardasil), then Hep A/B. Plan to take Doxy prep after, would say thats the best you casn do to lower risk?
Any experience from guys regulary recieve BBBJ how do you decide risk or not?

Low risk does not means no risk. Doxy PEP as per online sources reduces the risk of getting STIs by around 70% which is not a lot if you think about it statistically. Plus DSC say only effective against chlamydia and syphilis.. Gonorrhea not covered. Then you didn't take HIV PReP/PEP to cover for hiv too.
So if you're thinking of risk, then better go covered. I can't speak for the whole population but I never go think so much about the risks. Want chiong don't scared haha
