Does it provide any advantages over standard users, or allow users to bypass any rules?

There is no more one-time-donation ($399) , only monthly donation

one-time-donation have the same benefits as monthly-donator

1. Premium Membership will get 200 rep point

2. monthly add 10 rep point

3. after 10 post gain first Power One , multiply by 2 , will gain 2 power point
