Yeah they mostly all know about it, especially the most talked about houses. Some told me they prefer not to read it, but their friend will quickly tell them if something is said about them anyway.

Some do visit but some cannot due to their phone restrictions which cannot open the link. But most would receive screenshots given by other WLs or even the house OKT/Boss when there are write-ups about them, whether good or bad as point of discussion.

Yes, i came across many Thai WLs that have access to this forum and its translated in Thai... same goes for Vietnam WLs, base on what was posted, the WLs can guess who the author is... i guess the WL will share slightly different stuff to different customer so that they can spot and differentiate

Last time got one Thai WL asked me why i requested her overthought its my 1st visit, i lied to her that i visited this hse the previous week and remembered her number tag as i find her pretty. Plenty of white knight tikos who share with WL what is written. Usually causes lots of grief all around. Some want good FR written on them...
