Not sure if OP genuinely thinks he's found a "Hidden Gem" or just hasn't ventured out much beyond KSL area.

可欣 is one of the girls at Now Tide or 今夕 in Permas Jaya which is quite "famous" for its PRC girls for some time now so it's definitely not uncharted in the JB Cheonging scene

The ladies there rotate around every few weeks. Some of them might come back a few months later after they RTC for a spell
