A friend of mine from the anti vice told me that last few weeks while conducting a raid in GL, they caught 2 PRC gals who hold white cards (their identity card). My friend said white card means they need to go for regular check up, but he didn't elaborate much.

These 2 gals were brought in for blood test and both were tested HIV POSITIVE. However, one of them managed to slip away from the officers and now she is still at large.

That explains why, the anti vice are conducting raid in GL almost everyday. They are trying to find the HIV PRC gal.

So are you saying that the two with HIV were already working in a legal house? Or that they were indeed streetwalkers but with some different visa than the legal GL ones?

1) PRC FLs that worked illegally does not required check-up as mentioned by fellow-bros here.
2) Once arrested, agencies will work to establish the identity, the permit/visa granted to the lady and
3) Pending the investigation to decide if the lady needs to be exported or any charges to be filed against them.

There have been but rare cases (very rare) where the suspect have been send to medical centre for blood test.

Also, even if they are to have their blood tested, the ladies are at all times, handcuffed to the wheelchair, bed or to another lady officer.

White Card = special pass issued by ICA under the authorization of either the police or CPIB etc to for foreigners with "case" on them.

Personally I knew a few of the PRC girls who are "White Card" holders. They are usually prosecution witness.

Many of them work in KTV or TN shops and usually when they were caught during raids, they will be released.......

They can't go back China until the "Case" is closed.......

Student pass, WP, SP and EP have to go for blood test and X-ray etc checkup before they are issued the passes. This is a compulsory regulation. The info can be found on MOM website. Social pass no need to go for check up.

Usually they have to report to IO once a month to chop on the photocopied passport, their only form of identification, as the passport is withheld at the Cantonment Police Station. If CPIB is involved, they report to CPIB. The case may last a few months or drag for years. I know of one who is on white card coming to her 3rd year already. Better go to report her case to MOM... Tell mom that she is totally unware of the whole situation and she want to sue her company for cheating her money. If ICA/MOM see that there is a need, she will be issue a "white card" with a longer period for "witnessing" purpose..... If not, she will be issue a "white card" and be deported in a few days time.
