Lorong 8 PRC with uniforms

I was wondering why nobody mentioning about Lorong 8 (should be house 19 if I am not wrong), where it used to be fish tank thai girls, but recently renovated become PRC fish tanks. Went there a few times and saw the girls, like not bad ler.

Did I miss anything? am I not supposed to go there? need brothers advice
