maybe u can send in a cold resume to some of the 100s of lounges n niteclubs in sg ?
1 of the criteria, u need to lim lots of jiu n gd at socialising. if im not wrong, many of these papa/mama sans r headhunted. for some of these mamas, they worked their way up fr hostesses

i agreed with u on 1 of the criteria needed , which is to have a ocean-belly to store the JIU, and very PLASTIC FACE/socialising.

95% of the mamasan start of being a hostess herself, slowly work her way up. the other lucky 5% hook up the ktv boss or GM to get her post.

as for papasan, it is not easy....
1st of all, u need to convince the gal to work for u. once u manage to gather a small fleet of 10++ gal tat willing to work hard ( dare to play ), most ktv or nite club will welcome u.

.......to the cheongster, we label the mama/papasan according to how good/wild his/her gal are.
.....to the entertaining-line, they ranked the mama/papasan according to how many bottle he/she got every month.

for me, i perfer to be serve by a papasan, hee hee, one of the papasan is my friend. so whenever i visit him, he know wat to do, he only send his best gal to serve us. and he will order them, MUST PLAY. hee hee.
So far, i am very satisfy with his service--- he used to be in ROYCE, now with one of the COGNAC.---and his gals. ( we ever tau-pao 2 of his gal to follow us to BATAM for a WILD nite of fun )

surely with yr wide contacts u can headhunt some of d best gals in the region.

i thk the same goes to some tui na joints. i know of an owner, an ah peh who does visit tui na joints frequently to source for new gals.

*btw fr yr knowledge do u knw if papasans r allowed to have any kind of relationship with his gals or bonk his gals? .... do they have any 'Code of Conduct' thingie? :D

me 17 working as pimp liao. yes, we do have our rule.. we never touch our own gal.

now, my bro got a legal brothel @ GL, sometime he go KL look for new gal, he will ask me go with him, then i will test her service of the gal. see her belong to the cat80 or cat150 .. dun envy me.
( now he on-the-run, his wife lookng after the biz )
