Open concept hall with only one room. Not FLs or WLs...just singers.

Usually packed on Fridays...mostly senior citizens.

Explanation would only paint a part of the picture, being there and you will be the artist.

Anyway, it's a place where you enjoy drinks and listen to PRC singers on stage. If you fancy any particular one, you can "reward" her with amounts from $50 onwards (hence hang flower), and this rewards are presented to her on stage in form of sash with the given amount printed on it.
The singer will come to thank you and have drinks, chit chat, etc....

But please take note, you are expected to "reward" her everytime she goes on stage to sing...and it goes on and on....
