Av can storm into members club?

Bro you must have watched too many dramas, AV or police can storm into any member's club or private function if they have strong lead that there are illegal activities with or without a serach warrant. bro, true to a certain extent. if you bring a PRC or another other social visit pass girl to a hotel, we cannot say we meet, kena electrified then decided to fuck our brains out even though we dont know each other. is there anything wrong. which eyes did they see me paying the girl? and what is the difference meeting a singapore girl or for that matter, any girl of any nationality at the discotheque and decided to fuck her till morning at the hotel?

Those not "open to public" clubs a lot can't just pay.. is by invitation. Unless you have your lobangs all over if not, hard to be invited in.

For hotels will be safer in a way also. Cos police can't open the hotel room door there and then. With or without search warrent they have to follow certain procedures. whichever pass they holding matters only when the police have physical proof of the "illegal" transcation, which only you and the gal have. So is your story vs them, but dun bet on it though. ~ correct me if i'm wrong.

Actually, no need to mention law or a physical ASP walking around in order to storm into doors of clubs....

For E.g, head of any dept (easily a Supt/DSP nowadays) can just authorize an operation and the junior guys just go to do the hard work and bang doors down.

No. of ASP and above? there are quite a lot of them hanging around. Nothing too special about ASPs, its just that the law authorizes them to gain entry (using any level of force) based on suspicion of crime.

Also, any policeman can bang down a door to prevent or deter a crime from happening. but some places usually involving vices, need special enforcement action. Imagine, if a policeman see someone hacking a person inside a private property, does he break down the door to gain entry or wait for ASP above ranks? As long as they have good grounds and partial clear-cut evidence, they can gain entry already. ASP and above thingy is just procedural rules.

But it is saddening that these ASP/DSP/Supt/DAC etc, cannot do anything to the Romania Embassy hit-and-run case that left one poor fellow Singaporean dead... Power? see where and how it is being applied la. BTW did you know SPF did not even had the legal power to search the hit-and-run car, if not that the romanian reported the vehicle was "stolen"? ASP and above also powerless..... sigh...

Under SPF SOP, as long as there is a ASP or OC appointment, they can go into any establishment without search warrant. ASP or OC appt holders are aka 'Walking Warrant'

but of cos they wont anyhow go and spot check. must be based on some suspicions then they raid. cos the OC or ASP have to answer back to div.

Last time the SOP was like tt. now donnoe liaoz. but shld still be the same.
