Which one you are referring to? A couple of them in that hotel like House of Cognac, Qian Gui and Silver Gallery.

They one that is in the main hall at the reception counter.
U take that lift and u could get to the 3rd n 4th which QG is on the 3rd and YL on the 4th

Qian Gui music lounge is at #03 from the side lift. The hotel lobby lift will bring u to Qian Gui KTV at #03 and Yingli at #04. U can check with the hotel duty staff if not sure. hopr that helps.

We planned to go but unfortunately u din turn up so i went in alone sitting at the main hall. The stage performance was not too bad. Asked for a gal to sit with me. Just talking only, din get to touch.

The 3 KTVs at windsor hotel, Yingli (level4), Qian Gui (level3) and House of Cognac (Level 3) are quite similar. They all have a hall with a performing stage where singers can perform. Also have have rooms for customers who wanna sing their hearts out. The hall is mainly to listen to songs. Customers show appreciation to singers by buying flowers instead of giving tips. Flowers ranges from $20 to few thousands dollars. The singers will show their appreciation by sitting at your table and chatting with you after receving your flowers. Generally, the singers are playable in the hall. But for some prc singers maybe able to "ta pao" and that will depends on your negotiation with them. A word of caution is that u normally would have to fork out a large amount of flowers before talking about tapaoing the singers.

In terms of costs, all three charges in the hall are about the same. About $30 per jug of beer. But the room charges varies and u can check with the respective KTVs.

to perform in singapore. they have a legal right
not to sit with you even if you hang flowers.

If they sit with you, it usually means they are treating you as
a friend. and if AV was to raid that night, you have to say you
are the Singers friend and you are just chit chatting about
the moon, the sky and stars (whatever friends talk about)

Even if you hang 100K of flowers over a period of 3 days
(seen this in Las Vegas KTV), the singers have no obligation
to be "ta pow" by you. so dont waste 100K, hang a few
hundreds and build your friendship with them. hehehe..

why some people like singers, its the challenge of getting them.

So far, I think tis place is more happening den xin tian te. One of the best KTV in town (in term of fun ,i mean).

Look for papasan, Eric (know him for more den 10 yrs liao).
Went there with 3 kakis. 2 bottles cost $656.02 net.

Ah Girl (make in singapore) ;
Face : 8.5/10 (one of the prettiest )
Figure : 34B 24 34 (agar agar)
She can blow u on the spot and even let u fark her inside the room, doing sitting position wif my fren,c liao also steam !
