I don't mean to be a wet blanket but if you look at past threads, every other month, there will be similar requests to ask for recommendations and it usually do not generate responses (I'm sure you're feeling it by now). And it will also appear to folks here that you're just plain lazy, asking for recommendations instead of doing your homework by reading up the threads (esp when 7 out of your 11 postings is in this thread).

Not that there is no recommendations but it is really to each his own, and each of our experience with the gal will differ due to a number of factors (which I will not go into details). Hence IMHO, posting recommendations here don't actually work but if all here were to to provide true FR, that will be more helpful.
