Safe to visit for sexual actitivies is rather relative. Ideal about safety widely differs from individual to individual. I take myself as an example, if I cheong a HC 20 times within a 6 months period and didn't get caught with my pant down, I consider it safe. But that doesn't mean the next 6 months would be more safe or less safe. Relativity is diffcult to measure.

From another angle, you'll need a basis to compare safety of local HCs with. For example, if you're comparing it with those HCs in JB, it is less safe. The practice of "collaboration" makes it safer for cheongsters there.

You should also be aware that this forum is an extremely useful "leads gathering" avenue for AV. When a HC gets too popular from the FRs publicity, it'll gets raids often, as we've seen that happening to Lexon and others alike.

What do you mean by safe? safe as in AV raid or safe as in VD safe?
or safe as in security safe?

AV safe level - its an open secret, unless you hear something else, let me know..
VD safe - always practice safe sex, then you are quite safe
Security safe - Singapore quite safe.

How about this:

Get all HC and TuiNa shops ladies to have a "health check" at concession rate ($10) but mandatory annually, then those with all ladies passed will get a Grade A cert at their door .... sounds like the hawker centers ....

Come on lah, if AV knew all these hanky panky going on for the sake of the men whose dire needs are not met at home or with their GF, shouldn't the Govt provide such persuasion for the betterment of the Singaporean male spieces instead of using the iron fist to restrain our manhood and make most men sexually frustrated with wives and GFs. If Govt want the women to cheong at work, come on, they won't have energy at night or morning to cheong on bed ... what's left for the men are these joints, rite?!

My understanding of the situation is that
1) Prostitution IS legal in Singapore
2) Legal WL that have license must test regularly for STD

It seems that the problem with HC and MP is that they are not licensed to run whorehouses and the girls there (PRC, Thais, Phils, etc.) do not have proper working permits. And since they dont pay IRAS and don't have proper licenses, they are breaking THESE laws - tax evasion and f#cking without a license.

At least that is my understanding, so for us cheongsters, it is not illegal to buy sexual services since it is legal to sell it. However, I do not know if cheongsters are supposed to check for licenses. Any one know? Also is the price of legal prostitution controlled?

And lastly, I will leave you with something else that I have heard: Oral sex is illegal unless it is followed by conjugal sex. (mean sex between husband and wife). You lawyers out there lurking around... speak up! :cool:
