yes, i agreed about them being greedy, but on the other hand, the agent over there is making them pay sky-high amount, telling them how good is sgp. with our local scene saturated with PRC, the competition is getting very stiff, where got opp for them to earn mony. i saw a gal who spend 30k RMB on the professional visit pass, came on wednesday, din hv much luck in getting customer - zuo tai (MG), raid on fri and kena depoted. like tat, at China owed so much money and kena deported, her situation is extremely sticky. putting myself into her shoe, i cant help, but symphatized her.

there was once a PRC who used an agent to "renew" her stay here so she was asked to stayed overnight in JB. She called me and I went there. Next day, the agent came and together went thru 2nd link. Immigration did quite a thorough questioning and apprently the agent was already blacklisted before.

The immigration wanted my particulars to also blacklist me but after some negotiation, I decided not to be the guarantor. So immigaration allowed my girl to come in so that she can fly back the next day.

It's not that I'm heartless, but too bad since immigration already suspected that they are here to work illegally.

Dont worry Brudder Owen, they will not get anything when they are back in China. Unless they are caught without any legal or valid pass, they will be jail here, send back to China and then China will take action.

Last nite I Joo Chiat, but damm KNN many of the AV are still there, some outside at coffeeshop and other inside the pub. So many gal also scare to go in and mainly all sitting outside. So no chioce need to sit coffeshop with them and cannot go into pub for Ruba Ruba! :mad:

Ok...... To answer your question... My gal was caught last thursday.... Went to "seek" help from an immigration officer. According to him, they can help to bail her out but destroying the database is impossible. After much thought and discussion with my gal, we decided not to take the risk to bail her out unless she don't intend to work here again during her stay. cos if she will to get caught again for "illegal working", "jail" is the the word to use....

Maybe the SG2K is to bail her out but defintely the database will be there.... :rolleyes:
