dickson ktv, i tot there are some threads about it, gals r PRC, mostly cross over from MG, Katong, price very cheap, 110SGD wif 3 jugs and room. room clean and quite new, computerised system.... but action is limited.

In the past, the hotel above the coffee shop was Boon Wah, but it moved to next street (from KTV turn left walk 20m, and reach Cross junction turn right, walk another 20m to the other T junction and turn left and walk straight 30 m Upper weld road.) and now it is much better, bigger rooms, newer, nicer lobby and more hidden from public.

The old hotel at coffee shop was too obvious.... previously when I brought my chai there, most patron in coffee shop stare. I paiseh man. my girl even more paiseh, broke off with me when someone eating the famous chicken rice in that coffee shop knew her and spread news..... i regular at this hotel because it was value for money and owners quite nice, but location still not so good

I had also brought another girl from KTV to this new place, she so happy wif place that she stayed with me overnight. She said this place much better than most she's been (she share room with 4 girls in some nearby small hotel...hardly sleep on bed, as they take turn to sleep on floor.) gals come in ard 4 plus.... HH untill 9 pm and the rest on is till 2 am.....

some of the gals jump from MG to there too.....

then you can drop by ard dinner time.
best time as you have the most gals to choose from.
mostly still fresh as the place just starting to get crowded.
i mostly tabao out after 2 hrs there.
then later go back again still can find others.
normally gals getting less ard 11- 12am.
so dun be too late.

Btw, for those who fancy china girls and do not want to pay top dollar to go to clubs in apollo hotel, you will be pleased to know that there is a club on the 3rd storey in allson hotel. it is quite happening but the truth to be told, girls in apollo hotel are prettier. But they are not bad either and can hold their own in the setting of a night club.

there is a new ktv with the same concept as dickson ktv at golden landmark hotel. it was was opened on fri, 1 oct. some of the girls are from dickson and i heard the boss is also the same. i also recognized one of the waiters who used to work in devils and later jazzy 51.

i was there last night after dickson and from what i saw, there are enough girls to go around.

a girl told me the price is the same (at least for now). open area is quite small.

not sure about the operating hours.

if the girls are of the same std as dickson, this place will only attract customers if the price is the same. the deco is better but this in itself does not attract customers unless the girls and price are also attractive. to me, it is still the price that counts the most.

The rooms are clean and nice......songs are okie.....updated till around Jun Songs ba.....

Gals down there, some can play some cannot play......Some stictly PEI you sing song only.....Unless you know how to sweet talk them......Most of them you will need some honey in your mouth before they go out with you. ;)

I have not been to the happy Hour starting from 3pm.....according to my buddies, damm crowded and damm hell lots of gals.....

I frequent the place ard once a week, maybe twice.....hahaha.....price is depends on room, Normally is small rm 4 jug, med 5 jug, and Big rm 6 I Think.....most of the time, 4 of us goes down, we pay about 40bucks +- each lah....depending on the room you get......

The hall also not bad...system okie...but is a pain in the ass waiting for your turn to sing..... :mad:
