The larger rings are conductive rubber. Set in burst mode this thing would cause contractions in the vagina and anus... exercising the muscles... Could be pleasurable, depending on the woman. ;-) as for tightening , well I suppose it's possible. If you use it long enough, you will get the training effect, such as bulkier rectal and vaginal wall muscles....then you can do the ping pong trick.
