2 shots for $100? We just visited Dynasty few days back during the happy hours. My buddy offered $200 to get the PRC out but being turn down. The PRC insisted the market rate is at least $300. Ended up my buddy paid $50 for tips.Dammed moody but saved $250!For info, most of the PRC still maintained the market rate of $300-$500.For me, I paid according to the standard of service!
