KTV lover Lunar New Year gifts and hometown visit

Im taking a poll to see if any brothers are making the annual trek with thier honeys for the holiday. I was stunned to learn a friend is making a trip with his lover he had met at a KTV. He is also giving 70,000 RMB to her parents as a gift and buying lots of gifts for her and other relatives and friends of family etc. He said in China some men spend up 2 months or more in salary for thier lovers and you have to prove your love to her.

Singaporean guys are generous towards their PRC girlfriends which the money is used to build a future with their lazy-do-not-work China lovers/husbands! :D

My PRC gf asked me for SGD $20,000 as downpayment for buying a 2 bedroom unit in her city :cool:

I dun believe in giving money to anyone to prove my love... whoever ask me for $ must prepare to get boot :D

Was this for a home for the both of you or just her? I know of a SG guy bought an apartment for both of them under her name.

But theybroke up a year later and she sild the apartment, keeping the proceeds and using it to buy another one for herself elsewhere.

they will ry to chop as much money from roberts as possible and when u cant satisfy her anymore she will ask u to F off, or she find a richer robert she will also ask you to F off.

before u give any money other than money for her service and tips just ask yourself - have i given this kinda of money to my mum or wife before?
no? give the money to them rather than the whore
yes? give them the money again, they are the ones who will appreciate from the heart.

last but not least - whores deserve to be treated as whores, basic courtesy n respect but never with emotions or affections, pls know that prc is brainwash king followed by thais and then viets.

Frankly none of the prc i went with ever asked me for money.

They see me as a low income person and i never tried to change their perspective .

I was always low profile and humble and never ostentatious or try to be too generous.

Sometimes i hint that i got debts to settle , mortgage to pay and struggle to make ends meet on a monthly basis.

So they were quite happy to be paid their dues and grateful when i treat them to meals . And maybe small presents time and again on important dates.

So maybe its not all their fault if they think that they`ve found a goldmine when the guy tries to give the impression that they got money sticking out of their ears?
