I am in some dilema stage and i need all bros here advice here as some may face the same problem as me.

Here goes:

I got to know this PRC girl and married her after know her some time. But 2 year ago, i found out that she was seeing a China guy here. I got to know this engaging a PI after i sense that something wrong with her. And accordingly to my PI, she had been behaving intimately to him whenever she is with him. I also know that she had been calling him everyday to chit chat. Recently she went back to china and wish to come over here again. I think this time round she is going to work in some massage parlour. Cause the last time i apply long term visit pass that time, she was working in a massage parlour behind my back.

nverthless, I apply visa for her so that not to arouse her suspicions that i know all along.

As my PI did not capture any illegal activites (like illegal prositution) last time, i dare not report to ICA as there is no case.

I was wondering if there is anyone who know how to find out if she is married in china. I suspect she got married to this china guy in china.

And is there any way that i can report her to ICA that she is working here using visitor pass or long term social visit pass this time round, even though i have no solid evidence to support my complaint?

Do you know that if your PRC wife is here on a long term social visit pass, she can't work at all? So if your PI finds out that she is working in a massage parlour, you can report her to ICA and get her visit pass cancelled.

Those massage palour clean or dirty 1 can tell easily, Or u name out let us know. ANyway u r not the first 1 kana this kind of case.

Why they want to get maried to SG,
They need someone to brg them out of china and work. Thats their main motive. Do u know that " four floors of whores " those PRC girls at massage palour, they are PR and married to SG man. Most of them using fake ID to get married here. Even their husband also dont know about this .After they get married here, they will get another mobile phone with prepaid card ( Those bangadesh man signed up 1 ) for them to work at fuck shop.
IF they get caught and deport back, they can still come back to sg anytime, just need to look for “亲爱的” .

You can get her ID and check with China Embassy, or go to china and check it out. But not really works, maybe both of them just into relationship . The best is u know where is her workintg location. Then get someone to enage her service... bingo. But he must be single,coz he need to be the withness.

Since you already spent the money to engage a PI, which is a couple of thousand dollars, you should engage a lawyer to check her background in China. I hope you are not engaged in a fake marriage, 假结婚, where the lady pay you a sum to facilitate the marriage. Thisnis an offence.

Ordinarily, a husband would not let their wife go work in a massage parlour, not when she is not supposed to work while on a social visit pass and out of love (on the assumption it is a unlicensed massage parlor). You should have sufficient grounds to engage a lawyer to apply to ICA to bar her from coming in. Do not do it on your own as it may back-fire cos it is known that when they are scorned, they try to bring you along with them, especially if it is a fake marriage scenario.

Bro, if you want to break off the relationship, why don't you just break it off ? Or all you have is suspicions and still want to salvage the relationship if possible ? You applied for her visa, that would mean she will have to return if you cancel the visa ?
