Yi Ren Fang AKA The Artist.
its located at duxton hill side.
the premise used to be a all you can eat thai food place.
just go along niel road. when you see No 1 Niel Road
the corner shop. take the first left turn. the Artist should be on
your right. Opposite raffles photographer.

have not been in there but heard their happy hour is before 9.
and its 1 jug for 1 beer.
