1) After a girl finishes her "contract", she will be banned from entering Singapore for 2 years. Within these 2 years no amount of appeals or letters from MP will be able to lift the ban. (unless u ask the president for help la)

2) After 2 years up, she will be able to enter singapore normally unless she has been to jail before in SG then u can say bye bye to her. Wont be able to enter unless go letter from ICA which u must write in and get reject 99.99% of the time. Advice is to go and pick her at her country and come back together. (to answer questions from the ICA) Prepare a return ticket and make sure she has 2000SGD as "prove" of social visit.

3) I suggest if u are really serious abt marrying her, pick a date for ROM before bringing her over. Usually first time come in after ban they not so strict. Register Yr marriage then ICA also LAN LAN. She can come in and out into Singapore as many times as she wants. If u wan to play dating good luck to u cos the more times she enter Singapore on a visit pass, the harder it will get and this is where u hear ppl say their gf got U-turn at airport despite last te come in no problem.

4) Lastly, it will still depend on Yr luck and mood of the ICA officer attending to her on that day.

From what I got from a TY, at the point of signing up to come here (legally) they would have been told of the consequences that chances of returning back to SG is slim and nil.
