what i wanna know is dat are such activities legal? i am sure its an open secret rite....
had my first experience at leisure HC last week was freakin nervous...hesitated for half an hr b4 entering.......was assigned a plump chick....not my type so i can remember her name....from KL .

I guess it could be the same set of rules n regulations for issuing license to those could work in GL. License to HC ladies is only for massaging services. However, if one who uses her cunt or mouth to rub against a guy's LP is consider massage, then it should be alright.
