Bro...normally 2 hr basis hotel are quite crap. and cost about rm 30-40 depends...
I would suggest you to go to those cheaper hotel..condition not bad. like those in Lorong Panjang, Recently Malim (taman merdeka permai) behind pasar borong...the new shop lot behind ECM LIBRA got a new hotel, toilet glass wan..nice and cheap and safe, ..malim hotel also okie behind malim maybank.. or surrounding Tan Kim Hock that area..per night about rm 50++ niaa..

this is my study...take it as reference only.. price might vary..my updates were 1 year ago.

I got the whole Melaka hotel contact from the tourism department. Its a free distribution booklet. can get in tourist information counter.

any special about this Portugis Hotel. I recall few years back, I got a FL from the Pub at this hotel downstairs. But, the hotel looks very scary.

Fenix Inn highly recommended. Very cheap, nice and comfortable.
Rm115 per night is hell worth it for that price
