I married my wife back in 2009.

I only make love to her like...1~3 times and that was it. Furthermore, I will get backache after that. (think lack of exercise).

I dont know since when, I dont have that urge anymore. I tend to play more online games then talking to her. I did think that it was due to extensive gaming which neglected her. When i faced her...i just have nothing to say.

I know she is trying to keep things alive. And whenever she mentioned she wants to start a family, I would just say "ok". But that just end with that "ok"
. And I would continue playing my games and she would be asleep.

My life is very routine...eat, sleep, work, play games. I feel like a hermit these days. Now more than ever since my dad passed on and me and my wife are the only 2 taking care of elderly mother.

I wanted very much to bring all for oversea trip. But my mother doesnt want to go. The trip was actually booked by my wife as she has never been there.

I have tried asking my mother why she didnt want to join us. Her answer is "I would be lonely in my hotel room. Dad used to be around which is the difference."

I know what she meant....I have also considered that she would be lonely at home for 2 weeks straight. She did say that my uncle is coming over to stay while we are away. But i m still "bu fang xin".

This trip was actually suggested by my wife. She claimed that if we dont go this yr, next yr will be more busy because she really wanted to have a child.

Again, i was like..."kk.."

I feel that something is wrong somewhere. I dont know where..

I used to be like you spending all my free time (and plenty of money) playing an online game and basically living an alter-ego. In the virtual life, I did things that I cannot do in real-life otherwise, I tried to become stronger and better, ultimately trying to be the best and beat all others, much like what I want to do in real-life but cannot achieve easily. I thought and felt that sitting in front of the computer and clicking away is much easier and cheaper, without the fear or risk of losing out in reality. But I was wrong. By living the virtual life, I neglected the real one and paid a hefty price. Like you, I became unhealthy mentally and physically. It is an addiction and no addiction is easy to break. But sometimes a man got to do what a man's got to do. Limiting playing hours is just cheating yourself. Imho, at this stage you have to quit and that's it. Do something drastic like delete your character or freeze your account, if you can't get yourself to do it ask a good friend or relative. Cold turkey may be the best solution. Engage in other activities (I did sports, ran and swim like hell) that tire you out, both mentally and physically and it will help with the withdrawal syndrome. Time is powerful and can cure most things, and don't even let it in once the addiction is out.

I am no psychiatrist, but this is what I experienced and hope it will help you.

1) Visual Graphics.
2) Working cohesively with others
