Hi brothers and sisters. I'm 22 and serving in the army now. Shall skip the formalities and hope a few of you could enlighten me. There's patches on my penis head, and a little pain when I urinated. Not to a point that is unbearable. But worry still caught up on me.

The last time I ejaculated was on Saturday (30th October), during a shower. Stroking myself between my gf's legs while we showered. We tried to have intercourse but the lack of lubricant stopped us after a few strokes of frictional pain.

The last time I had a full session was last Friday (28th October). With another partner, protected. We capped with an Okamoto brand condom that was a little too tight. But still did it and ended fine.

I would just like to clarify, if it is a case of abrasion, will 3 days be sufficient to let it recover? And a superficial injury should not affect my urinating functions right, so what causes the pain?

As of now, the partner I've asked did not feel any discomfort. And girlfriend did not bring up the topic of discomfort as well.

What other illnesses non-STD related could cause it? Too much salt or sugar intake? Thanks for your time to read this and understanding. I'll really appreciate any help I can get here. I'll be going to a GP for check up probably tomorrow or day after. In case it gets better.

unlikely to be std or UTI because of your age..
should be nothing serious...the pain should go off in a couple of weeks
the patches could be due to pigmentation which is common..
