Looking for someone who can offer their place to us for the set-up of a swinging club. Anyone with their own private place, please respond. ;)

First thing first . What i think will be good for the community here is that all the seasoned swingers should band together rather than taking their own discreet stance . Have a committee , and elect a leader to spearhead all activities and gathering . A blacklist of bad or errand punks or couples are also welcomed too. This will actually attract new and curious swingers to be to join .You guys started out nicely , don't let it fade away .

Getting a place has its pros and cons . the cleaning up after the event is a killer . However , a whole condo unit on daily rental will serve nicely and easily house 15 couples , three bedrooms ; <=$450 depending on location ; free parking , no checks , private ,no pickup needed ,fully furnished ! Couplesswing have the contacts too, cos we used to do so .

Daily rental will be good. Hahaha actually fat hope lah, but I was kinda hoping to get someone with permanent place better still if heee has a villalike in Sentosa Cove... hahahaha. :D

Blacklist can only surface only if you guys band together , all sit down frequently and share experiences on who fly airplanes , who talk big , who like to potong jalan etc SWING networking cos info is KING

Place in sentosa cove is nice . On a yacht is even better !

There are lots of things to do, to gain his trust (the person who offer his place) before you can successful organise one. May not be easy.

He may be a newbie with attitude problem but once he gets to know you, everything is ok. Depending you want to entertain him or not.

Perhaps, a simple non-sexual gathering first, to see whether this work out or not? If simple gathering doesn't work out, needless to mention any swing party.

Rich guys are consicous of what they do. Any good reasons why they must offer their place when they already have beautiful women and risking themselves open to STDs? Or what can they get in return?

Blacklisted people can change id and even number but their faces cannot change neither do their voices cos we will vet thru before even meeting . We normally meet somewhere near the actual venue so turning away or rejecting unwanted personnel is still possible . Mr Vanhouten , your friend . i think if i am not wrong , did apply for a swing by Assplorer or maybe Lovebuddy or maybe Couplesswing earlier this year but did not turn up .

Cost of venue , food , drinks etc are normally shared . do the maths of $500 divided by 10 couples ? is it alot to spend ?

Repercussions of blacklisting ? What repercussions ? you win by strength in numbers of supporters since you are in the right . You are directly responsible for your actions , If you affect others by your inconsideration or selfishness . You are in the wrong .
