If mass market rate at GL PRC is $150 per shot, overnite will cost u no less than $300. Why would $500 overnight rate for highend KTV gal not possible?

Even highend KTV in China charges around $250 to $300 overnight, with the high cost of living in Sg could the rates be lesser, furthermore its imported goods u r consuming?
