Kawa (I think that's the name) provides specials. Just referencing specials, the PDMMs are cmi class.

Anqi (I copied this name from one of the TPP threads), formerly from Fuyuan, is now in Xinyi. I think there are two Xinyi. She's in the one along the row selling Royal Purple Engine Oil.
