The OKT that solicit for the local girls did not keep the customer database well, it was left in the computer or handphones.

The Bukit Panjang OKT that got busted, their database was kept well as a result the clients till today was not call up for investigation. After this valuable lesson I am very sure all OKTS' will keep their customer database encrypted with many firewalls.

If all the cheongsters refrain from patronizing these illegal OKT and goes to GEYLANG which is the only legal brothel in SG, then I got nothing to say, BUT!!!

Do we want to be seen in such a messy & complex place. Geylang is like a time bomb waiting to detonate. Anytime any minute fights break out, CNB apprehending drug traffickers & etc... After reading your post, i totally agree with you. We Singaporean doesn't have the freedom of speech, the freedom to smoke wherever we want and now we don't even have the freedom of having sex. I'm glad somebody reply my post. Thank you I really appreciate your comments. If guys that are professionals, then they will loose their jobs cause on account of misconduct. As a professional like doctors and lawyers they will have to take a oath before they are qualified to practice in their profession. TS. Your information is reliable. One of my friend got called up for interview. Told me it is because of having commercial sex with a underage girl. Consulted his lawyer.He told the lawyer that the stated age was above 18 years of age by the okt. Lawyer told him ignorance is no excuse as its our duty to ensure that ladies are of legal age. Lawyer say can lead on behalf and that's about all he can do.

Yes, It's on the onus of the customers to make sure the gal is not under age, this is the sg law here. One more legality of sg law is, it's on the onus of the accused to prove his innocence and the authorities onus to prove you guilty. In the west it is the other way round. That is why it is very difficult for the accused to be acquitted in sg. It is always guilty and over the years they have covered most of the loop hole in majority of all penal code. To prove yourself innocent is always much more difficult and the authorities take the easier way out. To prove the accused guilty and that is why they have to build cluster A until cluster E. By asking the gal what is her age is not enough to cover your ass, cause the authorities maintain that you have not done enough to prove yourself innocent. Once you are not innocent means they prove you guilty. The only way is to see and check her passport or i/c, if local, if you have done that, then you would be able to cover your ass. Even the passport is a fake one which many foreign countries can easily produce you are still safe from prosecution because prosecution have to prove the case beyond reasonable doubt to prove you guilty and any doubts shall be given to the benefit of the accused. The legal term is benefit of doubt.
