If they reject the offer, confidently and gently tell them " no , I insist. So what drink would you like?" i believe most girls wouldnt reject a gentlement offer as it would be pretty rude. But of cause on the first meet up, don't give them the idea that " hey I'm here for fuck, wanna fuck" kind of attitude.
Another way to build up your confident is to talk to ladies like how you talk to your male friends but in a gentle manner.hope this helps. Btw I'm not expert handling women. But I do lots of reading. Try search for this book call " women are from Venus, man are from mars". I think that's the title. You might learn something's from there.
