I think is not a matter of convincing. It's more likely they have desire to swing. If your GF or wife is not into it, don't force her to. Treasure your loved ones.

Well it's not exactly something that you 'pop the question' to. It's more like something you come to when exploring with your partner. Especially when it's with your wife or gf.

It can't be just a one way street to really enjoy the experience. For us personally it's helped us to be more open with one other. Especially our sex lives.

Just a note: Swinging isn't for everyone married/serious couple. It can be a wonderful thing when approached right and to connect with your partner. But a damning thing if all you're looking for is more sex partners.
