Question about Hep B and immunization

I get tested for a variety of std about once a year. Have never been positive of anything. Everytime they tell me I should get immunized for hep B. is it really necessary and how harmful is hep B? I'm thinking I should get immunized just to save on cost for not doing the Hep B test. Thanks.

You should get immunised to prevent your liver from being damaged. It's not too difficult to get the jabs. Why ponder so much? Just do it for your own health.
