Went to Legend 3 today, First day start business but because of the sprinkler water Pipe burst, most of the rooms are flooded with water. The bosses are busy clearing the water.

A brief FR on this new Legend :

Car Park, I think there is a car park entrance from Queen street, I couldn’t find it at first, parked my car at Alson Hotel and walked over , then realized that the entrance is just on the left side of the Hotel. Its quit small, so drive slow or else you will miss it.

Facilities: Because of the flood, I only can take a peep, It has a small Sauna and a nice cozy steam room , no hot pool though. Oh yes, there is Lockers for your clothing just befeore enter into the steam room.

Room, same as Legend 2 at Far East , nice, cozy with timber flooring.

TV Room, small, not as big as Dragon, but much better than Bugis with a 50" projection TV.

Short FR on Fann

This is my 2nd time with her, both sessions are very good, one of the better bonk in Legend.

Look, -- 7/10, Face quit pretty.
Body – 7.5/10 , Super long slender leg, one of the nicest pair in HC, Slim and tall (1.68m).

As I understand it, the lift is from the car park to the level, is this true, the last time I was in this hotel, it was before renovations.

Another quick way to get in from CBD is to use victoria street and then go down the allson's car park ramp and come out the other side and make a quick right. That tiny entrance should still be there right?

This by far is the fastest and most secure way :p

I parked in the Allson Hotel CP and walked through the back alley. It's a bit messy with alot of work going on in the alley. You can also access the building through the second floor of the Allson hotel and catch the lift to the 4th floor.

Went there today to cheked out new place. 1st impression, place is small and cosy and deco. is very similar to Legend 2 ex-Far East Plaza. Even the rooms are smaller and similarly deck out zen style with barest of furnishings. The only addition is a small tv cum lounge. This place is quiet and discreet but I personally still prefer Legend at ANA.
To access the car park, the easiest is to come in from Queen sttreet and drive pass Allson hotel and then turn left into the car park. Be warn though, parking fee is at a premium...$1.20 per 1/2 hr. from 8.00am to 5.00pm and $3.00 per entre after 5.00pm. If you know the area, there is a cover public car park directly opposite Allson hotel along Queen street. This is a cheaper option.
When I was there this afternoon, the place was quite crowded.....will let this new place settle down and try again probably next week. I tried to book Kris but she was absent today.

The ONLY access now is via Queens Street. For bros who knows the back car park entrance, they have sealed it off liao. The entrance to CP is immediately after TC Towers and is quite narrow.

The ambient lighting is now designed like some international-style (1950s) design and quite tasteful... definitely less glaring. All rooms now have intercom phones and they have invested in good and high quality taps.

One thing for sure, the new heater is VERY HOT... I almost got scalded and it is more consistent; though the sprinkler on top of the shower area... I was amused by it...hee hee

There are mirrors on both side of the walls... one large one and one for the basin area.

And the best part was the floor... I like wooden flooring...I think it is more hygenic.

Oh...and there is also a wooden stained chair/stool for you to sit on and also more hooks for clothes.

Overall the feel was very cosy and classy... and I was commenting to Fann, I think you guys will give the others (didn't mention them) HC in the area a run for their money.

I finally found the time to go...this is my FR:

just tried L3 and here's a short FR to kinda of give it a bit of support as I see the joint getting some negative views in last few postings.

basically this place is definitely the most upmarket "full service" HC i have been to....basicallly this is a strictly go there and bonk place..as there is no food provided, no bath robe given etc.

so this is to set expectations for bros out there who go there. yes the decor is "upmarket" in a way...comparing it to BHC. its like comparing super budget GL hotel to Pan Pacific Hotel (u get my point).

i love the rooms, ESPECIALLY the GIGANTIC mirrors in the room. the basin area looks expensive but the shower area is normal but 2000x better than BHC.
