hahaha... you are facing exactly what I am facing but I have no complains over the 2000+ sms I pay every month and top up for missing fockers who ran off or no money to pay for tips, all for the reason of interest in this entertainment field.

There would always be a reason and also there are quite a lot of unforseen circumstances to deal with. Just to share a experience with you and Brothers here.

As my group of cheongsters like to go cheonging and watch soccer from time to time, we use to frequent Dynasty Classic at Mount Sophia often.

Same thing, book room, inform Mummy, even got the one with Billard Table just infront so that fellow brothers can play pool with MMs just outside room. So, went in, every other brothers who agreed to join session ok, ok, ok, ok, ok.

End up me the only one there. Some of them kerna recall, service to country lah... SAF wants you, better be there quick. Suay suay three of the 8 brothers from same SAF unit for recall, jialat leow. Then, the rest knowing that per head cost going up, also siam saying CO turnout and all sorts of excuses.

Lan lan go in there alone, lucky got bottle opened, had good choice of MMs since Mummy already sounded out. Got two best ones to sit down. The prettier one had other guests, so went for about three rounds of butterfly.
Other one opted to stay put, although I did not book her.

Ended up having 3P with two MMs and enjoyed a great deal. Bottle already paid for, KTV room plus tips plus bonking the two MMs was about $650 which was quite reasonable since we spent the whole night till next day afternoon at one of the MMs hotel room. ie. Room free. Ended up bringing them to High Tea but feeling damn shiok, and damn shagged tired. Probably ate kow poon for the High Tea to replenish lost energy and other parts of myself.

I know how you feel as at that moment, I too felt damn tulan also. Imagine, even the waiter/waitress peep in the room also would laugh or chuckle to themselves, this seow guy inside singing alone with two girls... alamak....haahahhahahah (thinking back I also buay tahan laugh out loud)

My personal opinion is that we are all "jian nan ren" once we enter the KTV, but we should be "chao hee lang" only to the girls and not to each other... :cool: After all we are all out to have fun and they are out to make money, so we are on the same side.

Not that I am rich... just feel that $10 to $20 amongst fellow chiongers not worth the effort to siam here siam there. People spend time and effort to organize group, if I just sit in and disappear without paying up, buay paiseh meh? Some more just before CNY.... not pantang meh... :eek:

So u flying to Fuzhou n not going Xiamen? If u r on budget, u can try going Guangzhou by train in the night n in the next afternoon u will be in Guangzhou, this will save 1 night of your hotel. But from Guangzhou to Chongqing, u will need to take plane cos if by train it will take abt 2 days. If u need the timetable for the trains pls get back to me.

Strider, appreciate it if you can check with the organiser before you post this allegation about me. I wasn't the one who "dont drink...pay less".

My fren and me joined in the group with the objective to "minimise damages" through co-sharing among the pax. What puts my fren off was when we reached there, the organiser had booked the VIP room without even seeking our agreement. Understandably, it is difficult to get rooms but the organiser should not take us for granted. Naturally, I was surprised and sought to check with him how many coming as it is going agst our objective of "minimise damages".

The organiser wasn't sure how many coming and he told me and my fren that we can pay him at most $30 each. The offer was extended to us and my fren took it. Had he insisted we pay $35 each, we would have do so too.

As you are aware, I have joined you in previous outing at BS and pay our share promptly. You have also invited me to join you in Dyn and other joints which I have turned down.

Given the room is $50 and compulosry 6 plates of cut fruits at $15 each, totalling $90. Plus I think( not sure here) 3 jugs of beer ( costing about $100) - the total bill came up to around $240 and divide by 8 person, each person $30. If the organiser insist we pay $35 each, I would obliged too.

I see the need to clarify this matter here as you have put me in a bad light. here.

D^Knight made it quite plain... $50 per person. So if I go down, I am prepared to let go that $50 already... end of the night I got back some change, but even if don't have change also like that. In my mind once I go down there to join you folks, that $50 is confirm gone... got change can consider it a bonus. :D

I have been chionging past years and I can't drink due to health conditions or don't smoke plus hardly play. I still pay my fair share of the bill be it $50, $100 or more... at the end of the day, everyone happy can liao. How many times I had cover losses in my outings when people has shortage of cash or run or forgotten to pay girl's tips. The number of sms sent out hits about 2000 a month for me, don't think there is any plan to cover that sort of free sms figures. I am doing all these just for the sake of interest and expand my friendship cycle. That's about all.

At least there are no regrets knowing some of the better bros in this forum who helped me through my deep problems last time round when I broke off with my ex. gf. I really appreciate it.

Allow me to explain the misunderstanding. My fren and me joined the group in order to "minimise damages" thru co-sharing. We waited at the kopitam with other hamsters at the appted time. Only came to know that organiser already booked the VIP room and when I introduced myself and my fren to him, I saw two jug of beer and 6 cut fruits plates (understand compulory 6 cut fruits totalling $90 for VIP room). What turns my fren off is the organiser did not sound us out earlier that he is going to book the VIP room, contrary to our "minimise damages" objective as we go there quite often and want to stretch our $ (of course, not at his expense).

Strider, remember the last time we were at BS medium room you decided not to upgrade to VIP room - that shld be the spirit. We paid you promptly and no problem. Subseq you invited me to Dyn which I turned down, partly because I rather go to budget KTV.

Organiser was unsure of the total confirmed turnout. He assured each of us will pay at most $30 each. My fren obliged and took up the offer. I was in a fixed as what to do next.... dumbfounded as I feel bad about the whole matter.

Strider, remember the last time we were at BS medium room you decided not to upgrade to VIP room - that shld be the spirit. We paid you promptly and no problem. Subseq you invited me to Dyn which I turned down, partly because I rather go to budget KTV.

Organiser was unsure of the total confirmed turnout. He assured each of us will pay at most $30 each. My fren obliged and took up the offer. I was in a fixed as what to do next.... dumbfounded as I feel bad about the whole matter.

Cut Fruits (6 plates) $90
Dont remener how many jugs(3-4), about $100
Total : $240
Div by 8 person, each one is $30. I didn't see the reciept. Not sure if above is correct.

Neh... is ok bro... no problem at all. I don't see a need to complain or argue about anything... I have witness to what has been going on but like I say, is not my style to post up a person's name in the forum because there will be none stop flaming which will be sad if such cases were to happen. If I ever encounter people whom are calculative, run away tips without paying, run away without their shares of drinks or badly behaved in my group outings, I will silently delete their contacts from my list and that's about all. No point advertising... I rather keep this forum in peace.

My guys knows me well, I always collect shares in advance and return if there is much balance due to people running away without paying but even so, there are cases they ran off without paying the girl's tips and I have to clean the mess.

I can afford the $5 or $10, no problems at all but as a organisor or chiongster, we know the rules to the game. Since when I have stated about a fix share of bill when this sort of things is base on the numbers of people turning up. Is a plus and minus kind of thing though. At times we faced people backing out last minute and at times there are people who wants to be part of the fun in the last minute so I always try my best to make everyone happy out of the whole programme. That's my job but I also know is not easy to please everyone. I tried my best le.

Anyway, forget about the whole issue and I don't wish to hear anything about this matter anymore. I already have a latest problem pop up with my ex. gf and I am disappointed till now. :( I hope to stay focus in my driving test next week...

Over the BS case i think let me say something in all fairness. I think overall it's just a case of miscoummunication. Firstly maybe the organiser did not inform everyone that he booked VIP room but sometimes we have to accomodate the organiser cos he is not getting paid to do all this so hope everyone understands. If nobody wants to organise then how in the first place are we gonna meet together?

Secondly let's make things clear in future. As long as you turn up for the outing whether you drink like a horse or a mouse we all share the bill equally that's about it. Any other special circumstances (for example that night at BS the room got too small and we had to get another room) then we settle on the spot.

Last but not least BROS we are all there to enjoy so do let that be the MAIN aim of the outing. Regards

I have told strider_sg that i am going for a bonk first.. and explain everything to him.. Me, spursgetz and CKK gone to GL to looksee for a bonk.. we walk for a while and suddenly ganna AV.. so we sit in a coffee shop to wait for the gals to reappear but it seems that it will take quite some time.. after waiting for half an hour.. we decided to call the gal i know and pick her up and proceed to JC for bonk.. spursgetz bonk first and i bonk after tat.. all in all the whole session ends at 12 plus.. i have been cheong the whole week from christmas till now and my lungs and body are damn stress out.. thus, i sms back strider that i cant make it.. too tired liao (12plus - the nite before i am at TAM for hh and U-turn after tat sleep pretty late)

If u ask looksee whom i have gone to TAM with him for a few times recently.. i always honor my words with him. Its just too bad that there is a AV raid and everything has to end at 12plus..

In this event, i have not taken advantage of u. I have not drink a single shot of drink from ur bottle or sit in the room with u.. i have appologise and in return i offer to buy one jug of beer back.. which is a cost to me.

So u flying to Fuzhou n not going Xiamen? If u r on budget, u can try going Guangzhou by train in the night n in the next afternoon u will be in Guangzhou, this will save 1 night of your hotel. But from Guangzhou to Chongqing, u will need to take plane cos if by train it will take abt 2 days. If u need the timetable for the trains pls get back to me.

Yup, planning to take overnight coach to Guangzhou as want to avoid the crowd on train (now CNY, everybody going back). Like what you mention, will take CZ to Chongqing for 2 days, den cross over to Chengdu and take MI back from there.

Just realise that MI dun charge extra for open-jaw ticket, which mean my friend dun need to pay extra for in Fuzhou, out Chengdu. And this also apply to other MI destination such as Xiamen/Kunming/ Chongqing.

For me, lagi better, using my Krisflyer mileage :D

Bro, not true you know. there was a survey done last year in china and the most pretty babes are from chengdu/Szechuan/Chongqing. Dalian came in 2nd. I knew many szechuan gals during my cheonging days in Indonesia, all very pretty. But one thing they are normally very petite in size, unlike Dalian gals, very tall.

Dongbei gals are also very pretty, just that temper very bad :( But they are normally very good in bed :p
