Comfort is very important... we may be new to SBF but been in the lifestyle for a while. Pushing the boundaries only comes with comfort. And best if you and your partner already have an understanding of what your limits are and make sure the other couple knows too.

From experience choose a relatively experienced couple if both new then very awkward to start. How we started was we got someone experienced to set the stage that was not pushy.

hi all.. thanks for the advises and PMs. I have replied to a few of the bros n couples. Anyway, as an update, I would to apologise for any disappointments that no action is being confirmed so far. My gf is indeed much deeper into the idea now, however still “scared” and “not ready” to go into action.
However, after some consideration, we have a plan or a stepping stone for us. We decided to take things slow and take the first step of maybe taking pics of her and posting them here. This at least helps to remove some “barrier” of being “seen by others”, which is one major worry of hers now. And also, we can host some fun in a non-budget hotel for another couple, or even a group of you. We intend to host it and be around as audiences, and maybe that can in a way let us learn something or whatsoever. We would appreciate if the couple be open n friendly enough to have a chitchat with us before any action, and maybe have a mini FAQ session over drinks with us for my gf to ask some questions etc..

Well bro, my wife and I been swinging for a while and we've come across many married couples or those in long term relationships with one another.

I guess the first question you ask yourselves when you get into this is WHY? As in why are you considering this.

It did wonders for my relationship for my wife but it's not a blanket solution for everyone. Firstly, your relationship needs to be really secure and you must be honest with one another in sexual matters.

And then comes the tough part - separating the emotion from physical. Jealousy needs to be checked at the door and it should be in the name and spirit of fun and exploration. If you can't do that you're treading in dangerous territory.

Meeting up with couples in this lifestyle as a couple might help you along or give you some foundation before you get started.
