Guess this does not boil down to having a health card or not, cos either way, it coud be unsafe. Even with the WL with health card, they dun get their health check everyday. They could get one in the morning, and in the afternoon, still get infected by someone with STD.

When I was young, I prefer GL, gals there are much prettier and younger, more fun and excitement to enjoy, more time and got no worry of raid.
