it really depends on individual

sometimes in life, if you want a little excitement, then you go for those online sites and pray hard you 'will strike lottery' ,pick a good one and nothing happens later

but if you don't want to have 'too much heart attack' for your life , then you opt for the safe, legal and maybe boring Geylang houses:)
