Dear Samster brothers,

As guys here are enthusiastically looking for your perfect nite with that perfect girl, have you thought which areas and who runs the highest risk of passing that HIV to you if you are doing bbfj?

Here are some facts:

1) Riau Islands in Indonesia - all the Riau Islands are said to have a relatively high prevalence of HIV infection amongst the girls in Tg Balai and Tanjung Pinang for example. These girls receive clients from SG, Malaysia, Indonesia and some other countries where source of infection may come into the same community.

Think in terms of how Multi Level Marketing works - the same is applied to HIV infection. In terms of medical checkups, due to the lack in medical facilities, infections rate there is only tip of the iceberg we are seeing. Therefore, when going their for a firing squad trip, pls remember to wear nothing else BUT CONDOM. Condom is a must, otherwise you ought to be worried sick.

2) FL - FLs run the highest risks especially as they are not required to go for medical checkups. So pls wear a condom if you are going for FLs.

3) IRC chats and ONS - if you pick up someone online on IRC chats or at pubs/bars, remember to wear a condom. You do not know who she is so wear a condom and treat everyone as if they are HIV infected when having sex. Try to put one condom in your wallet just in case - you never know when you are going to pick someone up?

I hope all Samster bros will learn to cherish your own lives - think long term, why have one moment of enjoyment and regret it for life? Wear a condom - treat everyone as if they are HIV+.

If your condom did not totally slip off and rather it just rolled up slightly it is absolutely fine. However if the condom came off totally and there was fluid contact, the risk is there. Do a check at 1 mths and 3 mths after the incident.

To threadstarter, the sg women whose eyes r above their heads r to blame. It is hard when society caters to the rich and yan daos. Does it mean that poor, fat or ugly people deserved to not receive the same treatment as their peers? As long as they feel loved as in boyfriend, girlfriend relationship, than no condom is okay. It is the only place where costs r low and sg men finally get a chance to feel loved. If sg women requirements not so high than we will definitely stay here. Nobody wants or likes to take risks.

The whole crap about gay spreading HIV is bullshit. They only take up minority, not the main issue. The main reason is singapore men can't get sex from local women. That is y many sought refuge overseas and end up conned.

The press will never admit the real reason for increase in HIV. To solve the problem one will need to change the mindset of sg people.

Dear CKtay,

Its like wearing a glove if it slipped out while washing your car or washing dishes you can wear it back.

However, if you are wearing a pair of gloves and washing someone's body fluid such as blood, you might want to change a new clean pair.

The main idea here is the bodily fluid from the FL should not have come into contact with your dick.

If there are future slip-outs, try to use a brand new one...because the chances of breakage for condoms when "re-used/re-slip on" is very high...as it has been stretched...you wanna prevent that from happening right bro?

Also it makes sense to use new one...which is not so messy...open and roll it down immediately while the heat is on...rather than having to spoil your mood and heat by re-rolling and rolling it down...I wonder by the time you roll it down your FL and you will not feel the same heat...or not? :)

Dear Luohan fish,

I know how you feel about the whole thing about char bor in Singapore - absolutely agree on that part.

However, we men, as men, want to live and enjoy the best pleasures of what our body can give us...we are given the capabilities to bonk to bonk bonk whoever gals we want..it is perfectly fine.

To me, sex is part of men's nature. However, my purpose is not to impart moral education on what is right or wrong, monogamy or polygamy (one sex partner only or many sex partners)...to each its own right? For me, what i am suggesting in the post is to ensure all brothers here to protect themselves as much as possible and not try to do it raw. Before you can love someone, you have to love yourself first. Protect yourself first from any potential diseases, that way you can go all out to love any gals you want.

On your part for doing raw once you establish the boyfriend-girlfriend relationship with girls there overseas or FL, you must remember, no matter how much you love her, no matter how much she loves you, the bottomline is protect yourself and protect her. She may not have HIV, but if you have it and you pass it to her how? If you don't have it and she pass it to you how?
These are done in an unknowingly situation...all out of love...and trust...but in the end...who can we blame?

I would advise that before anyone to get a steady GF from overseas, be it Vietnam, Riau, China or Thailand, just let both of you run a test first. Establish both of you are free from any potential diseases then you can enjoy your sex life in the rawest form (unless both of you are monogamous to each other)...bare back, bbbj and any kama sutra style raw...of course the love and care ...with diseases lurking behind your mind, you can never enjoy each other's company...only when that barrier is broken then you can enjoy life to the fullest...with your most wonderful chicks..

My absolute belief is...treat everyone (including girlfriends, wife, flings, purest girls who claim they are virgins) as if they are HIV+, wear a condom..Until you have established that both are clinical clear from any nasty infection

No lah Cktay...foreigners or locals no price discrimination lah. DSC clinic on both Wed and Sat charges the same rate at S$20 for Annonymous testing service. This service is not run by DSC per se. It is run by volunteer group members of Action for AIDS Singapore - they do not even ask for your IC how do they know you are foreigner? Even Ang Moh go there for testing also pay S$20...

Also for the symptoms quoted in lian he wan pau, these are very basic symptoms. But in more advance stage, it could mean nastier infections that will cause death. As the word AIDS stands for Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome.

It means that when say an uncle acquires the virus call HIV (thru unprotected penetrative sex) and then this HIV virus will multiply in millions and zillions of cells and destroy one's immune system thereby causing deficiency in their own body to fight off even simple cold or cough.

HIV will then be replicated inside ones body to a stage where the body is even weaker than a baby and even the slightest cold or bacteria will kill you because your body cannot fight away any bacteria...This is what we call full-blown AIDS - the final stage where it will kill someone eventually.

But it is safer to go test and see how is it...if you are not feeling ok? Afterall its only S$20 to buy you countless days of good sleep and feeling safe? So go ahead...to do the test...

Good luck brother...

I agree with the advice from AFA. Get tested and take all the necessary precautions. And access to testing would become even more convenient once the FDA approved kits e.g. Orasure, which presently tests for HIV-1, are readily available at neighbourhood pharmacies.

In my view, it's probably better to get tested in the comfort of your own home then by anonymous test centres especially if these centres are run by volunteers and not closely audited by trained health professionals. There is always the possibility, though rare, that universal medical safety standards may not be as stringent as those in a normal hospital or clinical setting. This is particularly important since most clients at these centres are from high-risk groups and there is the danger that infection could spread if testing procedures are not strictly followed.

I agree with you. I have seen a report in local papers on the prevalence of HIV in Riau Island. The report states that the number of HIV has raisen to 255, from 7 since it started compiling the numbers.

However, what about those who are ignorant and does not go to check up? AIDS is very real in RIAU. Be safe and bonk with a condom.
