What kind of kit? Like an extender? I have not tried one but used correctly, I don't think it will cause damage.

I think pills do more harm than good. Just like bodybuilding, if you don't put physical effort on it, I can 100% guarantee plus chop and stamp and stamp fee that you wouldn't see results that you want.
