i hear about things regarding prostitution and soliciting regarding one being legal the other being not.

anyone mind to clear the cloud for me?


and I would also like to know what will happen to the client if he were caught while engaging in an illegal prostitution? will that client get charged? if yes under what offense? if no, what will happen to that client?

i did a quick check online but nothing mention about whether will the guy get into trouble or is an offense to engage in illegal prostitution?

If single then might inform your parents or siblings to bail you...:p

Your children above 18 years old also can bail you too...;)

Just sign name for bail no money involved but the IO will brief your wife, parents, siblings or children that you are caught for whoremongering...:cool:

Yes yes yes. It's OK to be fucking WLs or illegal FLs. There are only 2 things regarding prostitution that will get you into trouble with the law :

1. Soliciting, which means going around asking men if they want to fuck. So if a FL stands around and dun say anything, but you approach her, its OK. If you walk by and she asks you if you are interested, then she has just committed a crime.

2. Pimping, aka living on the immoral earnings of the FLs. Which is a fucking stupid law since the legal pimps are also living on the immoral earnings. Seems like if you get a licence and pay tax, it is suddenly no longer immoral.

Fucking a FL is in itself not illegal even if she's an illegal FL, as long as she's not underaged. When caught, she will not be charged for a crime, but if she's a foreigner, she can be deported for immigration offence since she's not supposed to be working in the vice trade on a social-visit/student pass.

Secondly, I don't think it is stipulated anywhere that bail posters have to be your family or wife, assuming that there is a bail in the first case.

A friend of my kena caught during a police raid when engaging the FL.
The mata 'threaten' tat friend of mine to cooperate if he don't want into any trouble. Ie he cooperate they will just let him off
