I think you need to rest and get fit. Watch yoru diet. If all these dont work, consult a doctor, you may have some underlying illness. At yoru age, this should not happen at all.

Remember, smoking and drink DOES affect your performance.

At your this age should not be a problem. I think more common reason is mental stress and lack of exercise. Do exercise regularly. If you smoke or drink too much, try to reduce it. If you can, go for holiday; relax yourself and then asses your condition again.
