Not too sure if there are Thais or PRCs, but there is quite a classy joint located near to Holiday Inn Hotel (Flinders Street) called 'Talk of the Town'. Been there a couple of years back, pretty good.

Forget about cheonging here in Melbourne. Are you here for short stay or long term posting? Either way, why choose PRC or Thai girls in Melb?
