If you want to make a day of it you can do 3 hours of treatments from $95++ (plus ferry). Brilliant place for weekends away with the lady in your life. Have been there for weekends away with the wife a few times.

Rooms are all excellent too (but it does add up when staying the weekend) and it is next to a golf course. Their Beer-can Chicken is off the hook!

Bro there are a few in Singapore for couple room and of all I went, I suggest S&N Spa or Qin Spa, they are the same owner and only have 1 couple room so it will be better if you book as it is getting popular with the couple room. The reason I choose either of these two are because it is not too expensive as well. Depending where you stay, these 2 places are in the east side. Have a good one if you are going.

I highly recommend Han Dynasty Spa to couples. Han Dynasty has 4 really huge and cosy couple rooms (the size of a HDB room if not bigger) altogether. Beautifully renovated clean and cosy spa with quite a number of highly skilled masseuses. There is a Han Dynasty couple promotion $88 only for the two to enjoy an hour of body massage. I personally think it is really worth it.

Another spa which I also recommend is Elements Spa at Cathay. Although the rooms are smaller, entrance much more expensive and the place not as beautifully renovated, but the good thing about Elements Spa is that it has a couple jacuzzi and sauna room.
