Is it worth to invest in 2nd hand golf club membership to use rooms there?

Heard these golf club like orchid country club got rooms like hotel to use. Is it worth to buy 2nd hand one?

Then no nid keep searching for rooms when wan piak piak

I work in raffles town club..

Member can book a room but still have to pay for the room! But the room rate confirm ex than hotel81.
Member can bring in some friend n outsider can't book any room.
If outsider wan to book a room can u must have voucher from member!

Bro, the membership that you buy does not include free usage of the hotel room. The membership fee entitles you to members rate for the green fee when you play golf and free usage of the club facilities. As for the rooms you should pay only members rate instead of public rates as far as I know. IMHO, it's can be a good investment if the members rate for the rooms is not too expensive, and OCC membership fee is not too expensive, as its far from the city and lesser chance of bumping to people.

Why buy the club membership to enjoy member rates when even NTUC card can get discounted rates? Is the NTUC card the same as the ntuc union card we use for NTUC Fairprice?

Rooms are nice though, overlooks the golf course. From the photos, seems big enough for swing parties too. Really 19th hole man...

yeah IMHO, Don't bother getting an OCC membership anymore. It has lost so much of its value since ntuc took over it. better off just using your ntuc card!
